And let's not forget that the Ducks could shove and knock down our stationary guys at will and we would get called for flopping and it wasn't called that way on the other end.

I know John Higgins is a sore spot with many Baylor fans. I don't know him and have never seen him officiate. That said, last game there were 15 fouls called on Baylor and 19 on Oregon. Even with the late ones Oregon committed to stop the clock, that's pretty even treatment.

It's not that he isn't fair calling fouls his way it's that he injected himself in the game and forces the way teams have to play. Of course he always picks our strengths to marginalize.

But we won the game and had fewer fouls called on us than Oregon had called on them.

The premise that foul calling is roughly even doesn't mean much when the other team is committing many more non-call fouls - or at least as called by an objective viewer.

This type of logic could be used to excuse any type of bad reffing. Reminds me of when the Lady Bears were mauled by Louisville, in what was a clear fix is in type of game. Doesn't matter if it's even or not if the other team is getting vastly more non calls.
