Said it 2 weeks ago... Akinjo's injury is a blessing in disguise. Bonner is valuable now. His baptism by fire has him very much usable. Not MVP ...just usable.

Man if we can get Akinjo back to at least 75-85% by March and Bonner gets to the point like he's showing tonight and can give us 8-12 quality minutes a game, this team will be locked and loaded.

Wow... the Baylor Vision room is so different... used to visit a friend who worked for them and it was just a small 4 person row at the top of Ferrell. Times have changed.

A couple of KSt trainers carried #3 to the locker room through the crowd. Had to go around the court and behind the broadcast table opposite the benches to get there.

Anyone notice that Jordan Turner didn't come in at the end of the game? I unfortunately didn't pay attention if he was even sitting on the bench. I only bring it up because no said he was out with covid or an injury and when Dain transferred out, all he missed was just one game (I think) before his transfer announcement.

Except when those Phi Slama Jamma bums came in...thing was filled to the brim ..or the Root Hogs.

My freshman year HOT roof was damaged in a storm, so a few games played at Marrs-McLean gym on campus. When we played aTm, they tried to pack the gym so few Baylor students could get in.

The water drips on to the free throw shooters face, the Aggie that ran into the power line poll and knocked out the power, the Glidden paint factory explosion that was the color scheme of all the seats, Bear Downs short track races…….. Memorable times

How about the the time with a one point lead with 8 minutes to go Guy Lewis went to the 4 corners and at the end they lost the ball, but we didn't score . HOT Memories.

My mrr Ed miry could be off but I'm pretty certain that's what was said. Might be official numbers based on ticket sales or some such. I thought it a bit exaggerated but there certainly was a decent crowd for a weeknight.
