BREAKING: Baylor lands 2024 four-star WR Jadon Porter

Lorena 2024 wide receiver Jadon Porter‍ sits down with Grayson Grundhoefer to discuss his commitment to Baylor.

The standout 6-1 180-pound Cen-Tex wide receiver gave his verbal commitment to Dave Aranda following Baylor Green and Gold Spring Game. The Bears beat out Oklahoma State and TCU for the No. 212 player in the country for the 2024 class.

Porter was the 2021 District 11-3A first-team all-district selection as a sophomore and led Lorena to a 14-2 record and the Class 3A-I State Championship. In 2020 he was a District 11-3A Offensive Newcomer of the Year as a freshman. Porter is the first commitment to Baylor’s 2024 Class.
