Baylor senior guard Dale Bonner enters the transfer portal
WACO, Texas - Baylor senior guard entered the portal on Wednesday morning, accoding to multiple sources.
Over the past two seasons at Baylor, Bonner averaged 3.9 points and 2.1 assists in 18.3 minutes per game.
The 6-foot-3, 175-pound guard, played two seasons for Fairmont State in Fairmont, W.Va., which competes in the NCAA Division II Mountain East Conference. He led Fairmont State in scoring in both seasons, averaging 17.8 points per game in 30 games as a freshman in 2019-20 and 21.2 points per game in 20 games as a sophomore in 2020-21.
Bonner was expected to compete for a backup role for the Bears next season.
He becomes the fourth Bear to enter the transfer portal as he joins Jordan Turner, Zach Loveday, and LJ Cryer.
The graduate transfer will have one more year of eligibility at his next school.
