How I define the ratings: 0/10 and 10/10 ratings should be very rare. 0/10 I would define as a group where I have no hope, zero confidence, and believe this position will 100% be terrible. On the flip side, a 10/10 means that I have zero questions, no qualms, and believe this group will undoubtedly be an elite unit. In the middle I will define 5/10 as solid; either you know they’re just going to be solid or they have a mix or upside and downside questions.
