It has been discussed that the MBB Bears played a highly competitive against Texas A&M where Ja’Kobe Walter (6-9) and Jalen Bridges (1-2) combined for 7-11 from 3-point range but the rest of the team shot 1-16. Yet due to a +12 rebounding edge, the Bears ended up only losing to the Aggies by 5 (78-73). The Bears did outscore the Ags in a third 20-minute period by 5 or 6 which was mostly reserves.
