Why I'd Retire the Following Men's Basketball Jerseys

With the news of Brittney Griner's jersey retirement, here are the jerseys from the men's program that I would retire.

With the news that Brittney Griner will have her jersey retired, I started thinking — and some have in other spots too — who should the men retire? 

All of these debates eventually devolve into: A big group recognized or a narrower scope. I generally am in favor of recognizing a lot of people. The benefit of recognizing more players outweighs the risk “you’ve diminished the honor by selecting too many guys” to me.
