Why Baylor Basketball's Improvement in Short Rolls Could Mean a Big March

Few things are more cliched in college basketball — or often wrong — as hearing, “We expect to play our best basketball in March.” 

The cliche is annoying because most teams don’t peak in March. Some peak earlier in the year. Or some peak in March, but the peak is so low, it’s almost pointless to call it a peak. 

The 2023-2024 Bears look like they’re ascending in February, with a real hope to peak in March or April.
