Should Baylor Play its Best Players Fewer Minutes this Season?

Baylor’s come up just short of reaching the second weekend the last three seasons. For a program with a No. 1, No. 3 and No. 3 seed during that stretch, it’s been tough for the Bears. 

While there are plenty of causes for not making the second weekend — bad defense the last two years, injuries in 2022 and 2023 and roster makeup — the team has played its best players a ton of minutes down the stretch in those years.
