I don't know if you guys realize it, but Sawyer is currently a perfect 12 for 12 for 196 yards and three tuddies.

Our pass defense could be worse. It could be West Virginia's.

As much as I crap on the D. This offense is fun to watch!! If we can figure out how to just be average defensively. The next year plus with Sawyer can be special!

I just can't get over the fact that we're having to hope that a defensive guru can turn his defense in year six into an average unit

He's been flawless today IMO. WVU's pass defense is awful, but Sawyer is playing with surgical precision right now.

Huge tackle by Thomas on that third down. That could be the difference between going to half tied and going to half with a two-score lead and the ball coming back to us.
