I had a whole list of bullet points typed up. That was one of the craziest games Baylor’s played ever, with maybe the wildest ending I can ever remember to a Baylor game. 


*Jeremy Roach, what a shot: Zuby Ejiofor (Jr.), a former Kansas Jayhawk, found out that he could leave Lawrence, but he couldn’t leave losing to Baylor. He went to the line with five seconds left and a chance to ice the game with the Johnnies up two. He missed both shots, and Jeremy Roach (5Sr.

Essentially, the same thing happened at the end of regulation. Roach could have iced the game by hitting both his free throws, but he missed the front end of a one and one, and then St. John's went down and tied the game.

Roach completely redeemed himself though! What a great ending to a great game. The effort in the second half was tremendous. I will also say that the refs let them play tonight - That was a slugfest.
