Baylor Basketball Should Embrace Longtermism this Season

Although I touched on some of these themes in my immediate column after the debacle against No. 11 Tennessee, I want to spell out my thesis fully for how I view this season of Baylor basketball. And for me, this team should be building exclusively to try and peak in February. 

Long-termism is a theory developed by effective altruists that says we should pay particular attention to protecting the long future. The ideology doesn’t proscribe liberal or conservative solutions.
