Maybe he's performing way better than he does in practice, but from what I've seen so far I don't understand why we haven't seen at least a little more of him given our injuries and foul situations.

We're really lucky Colorado blows. Most other teams would have us down by 15 right now with this performance.

We reach way too much on defense. For a team with zero depth that can ill afford foul trouble, it shows either very poor discipline or low basketball IQ.

We could have gotten 2 solid players for what Bu paid Roach. The name on the front of his jersey is what got him paid. He was nothing special at Duke

Roach is just a useless basketball player. It's incredible. I'm sure his confidence is shot, but he's just incapable of scoring the basketball.

I mean, he was a 14ppg scorer for the past two years on good Duke squads. I have no clue what the hell happened this year (aside from the two concussions, which honestly might be it), but nothing he showed at Duke would have indicated he'd be this bad.

Oh I agree there's nothing from his previous stop that indicated he would be this bad. But he's was grossly overvalued in the portal. There was tons of much cheaper and quite frankly better players out there.

He was always streaky in scoring, playmaking and defense at Duke, which is why Scheyer allegedly wasn't too hurt with him leaving but I fully agree. He never looked as bad as he has since he came back from the concussions. I still wonder if there are lingering effects or something going on. He wasn't this bad earlier in the year.

We've been led to believe he was completely incompetent and his +/- would be so bad playing 0 min was better.

It's Colorado but I don't see that. Seems he could give 4 min without being turbo attacked by the other team (except maybe the elite teams)

Makes me confused why no minutes or experience time given our personnel catastrophe

Yeah. Hindsight being what it is, we would have been much better off getting a reserve guard and a reserve big.

I don't remember roach being terrible at Duke.

He seems like a guy that would play for baylormpre 2008-2009
