This is the best out guys have been all season. Most complete game of the year.

Omier has 2 fouls. No one else has more than one.
Besides our scoring the TangCats, we have more rebounds and assists.

Nice 4 pt possession to stem the KSU spurt

Roach and Nunn are the co-MVPs today. Both have played really, really well.

I've been hard on those guys this season, but credit where credit is due. Those dudes showed up and showed out tonight.

We've gotten sloppy in this second half. This thing isn't over yet.

It was similar to the team we've seen all year long that played the second half. They're already gassed so I get it. Need that first half team to make a run.

Took care of the first Drew assistant. Now the next one may be a little tougher to take down but play like tonight and there's a shot!

This time it won't be in Lubbock.

Is Tang on the hot seat next year or is his buyout still astronomical?

$18.75 million if fired before end of next season.

Gotta imagine if they miss the dance again next year they bite the bullet and fire him. He's been steadily trending down since he caught lighting in a bottle with Johnson and Nowell

I missed the game thread… But that was fun to watch a pretty comfortable one for the Bears. Some nice flashes of the higher-end potential we have.

Quit settling for 3's. Never seen such a poor 3pt shooting team so in love with chucking 3's

Had to coach little league tonight so I'm catching up and this made me laugh

I know we've felt cheated at times on Roach's NIL but Tang got completely fleeced on the Coleman Hawkins $2 million, that was verified by several in the media, and Dug McDaniel, whose production fell off what it was at Michigan. That's the interesting element that has become evident with the transfer portal. Some guys really struggle in a new system and environment compared to where they were.

If K State has to eat $18+ million, I would imagine someone is going to be demanding the head of the AD as well.

They should use that as a training video for coaches and for recruits, whether transfer portal or high school. When you take a check for $2 million and become known as the highest paid NIL transfer, you're not a boy any longer. You're not playing for free meals in the athletic dorm. You're expected to bring $2 million of results to that program and help be a complete gamechanger who can single-handedly carry a program to titles. With money comes pressure. You don't get to have your cake and eat it too. And the final results were awful, unfortunately. That doesn't mean he wasn't a good teammate. It doesn't mean he didn't contribute. It just means he was a 23 year old, 5th year senior who was paid $2 million to carry a program and the results were not good.
