I saw him in high school and was super impressed. Same with Sawyer Robertson.

I'm not the least bit surprised that those two have turned out to be the players they have.

McIvor is a stud, though. He torched Tech and got ACU to the FCS playoffs for the first time last year.

Man, I hope everyone enjoys Sawyer this year as much as they can. Guys like this don't come along every day. Although I feel sorry for some of you people who grew up with Baylor football in the 90s and early 2000s. I've been spoiled with QBs like RGIII, Nick, Bryce, Seth and now Sawyer. That's an embarrassment of riches.

And the receiving corp? Incredible. Up there with some of Briles teams. And I never thought I'd see that again.

We are much better than we showed in the Auburn game, for sure.

Wondering if get some Honorable Mention points in the next rankings. SMU was 17, and we just trounced them (if you only count the last drive of the game...)

Sooner or later, they will have jersey cams. Gonna be interesting.

I remember when we got two cameras at a Baylor game, the old Baylor Stadium. And before that, there were no cameras at all. We were lucky to get a good radio signal. And not always for away games.

I was only three at the time of this.

The first televised Baylor football game was the 1957 Sugar Bowl against Tennessee, played on January 1, 1957, and televised on a live national network broadcast.

Key details:

We didnt own a TV until I was well into HS so I missed some of them

Was that game against a P4 team? Was their opponent ranked? Was their opponent in the playoffs last year? Was it a road game? All those factors matter when ranking players. Is he considered a Heisman contender?

Was that game against a P4 team? Was their opponent ranked? Was their opponent in the playoffs last year? Was it a road game? All those factors matter when ranking players. Is he considered a Heisman contender?

They've beaten Iowa at least one other time in Yuen Matt Campbell era. IIRC, they beat them on the road a few years ago. I hope it becomes a a habit for them.

My antenna did not always have the best reception. Frustrating to have it black out, especially when I missed key plays.

Same here. Some of the shots were distorted because of the weather conditions. I bet it is even better on a sunny, clear afternoon. It felt like you were in the middle of the play!
