I've wondered this as well. Wondering if it's an injury to his non-throwing arm or something like that. Doesn't seem to have affected his ability to throw

THIS. Running does not mean being reckless. You can run and avoid contact...Mahomes does it all the time and he's not considered a good runner. SR could've gotten out of bounds with the first down on that play

If Trigg can just stay on the field he adds a dimension most teams don't have. His skills open up the entire passing game because the D has to cover so many capable bodies.

From that replay it looks like he was looking inside and thought #50 had him pinned inside. He was going to bounce it outside but #50 stopped blocking.

I say it every week. Complementary ball. We actually played a really good quarter of complementary ball. Reall the last 3 quarters against P4 comp have been full of complementary ball. Need to carry that into the 2nd here and finish this drive off

It's honestly hard to tell how good either of these teams are. Or anyone in the Big 12 for that matter.

How do we know that either Utah or Tech are any good? They've mostly looked good but neither have played anyone except each other. And Tech's backup QB made Utah look like a G6 school.

The loss to Auburn (who lost to OU today) and win against SMU (who lost to TCU today) don't tell us much either. WVU won the Backyard Brawl but they lost to Ohio U and they're getting smoked by KU, who got smoked by Missouri.

And ASU? They lost to what was the worst team in the SEC last year. So tonight's winner either beat the team who lost to the SEC's worst team or beat the team who lost to Auburn who lost to OU, neither of which were good last year.

When I look at all these teams it's really impossible to say who's good and who isn't. The eye test tells me Tech has a great DL and a solid D, but how would that DL look against Ohio State?

Confusing.
