The styles of WV, TT and KSU aren't going away but I think the roster next year looks a little better in countering it. We're not utilizing our bigs anyway so not having a 7-footer doesn't concern me in the slightest.

IMO, it was ballgame after Carter hit that circus three late in the shot clock. Knew then that WVU was gonna go on a big run and we wouldn't be able to counter it.

It's gonna be a couple of years I think. Next year they'll be better on the wing, bout the same at point and post.

I'm sorry for all my *****ing in this thread. The dribble-no-shoot offense + beer isn't a good combo for me. These are all good kids who just didn't have the talent of previous teams but when you see a game like this in KC, it's just so tremendously frustrating.

Parting thoughts: Extreme disappointment to get run out of the gym in a do or die game. Huggins has turned it around on Drew and owns him now. Hope Drew can turn it around again.

I still say there is no reason for any team to be in the tournament with a losing conference record. What is the point?

And 84% after OU. Shows you how slim the margin is.

At 17-14 with only 3 "great" wins, we are 9th in the conference in terms of our full season resume. There is no argument for us anymore.

I read the selection show has a new format. They are announcing the teams in alphabetical order but with out backed or seed. Then they will take their time going thru the brackets and highlight matchups.

So we should know one way or another very quickly.

I said we will never beat West Virginia again. Drew can't help it he is recruiting kids without smarts. I love watching Manu dribble and dribble until the shot clock blows or watching Omot handle the ball until someone steals it or .... oh never mind. Just not a smart bunch of players is all I see.
