Got some momentum now down 8! None of our players have more than two fouls at this point, so it sure looks foolish in hindsight that they were on the bench with two fouls.

This one if lost is on Mulkey. But I hesitate to second guess her not playing Brown and Cox at least some in the 2nd. Maybe she is just sending a message b/c this game in the long run is not a big deal but they at least have to learn from it. Probablly a good idea to play a young line up for a long time, but not a Rx to win.

Cox could be having an issue with her diabetes as well.

We'll hear after the game.

We have never had a stop and pop 3 ball shooter. It's all about the inside and then the shorter jumpers. Teams with 3's well defended and hot are not stoppable by anybody.

I guess no one here knows the real issues, but I wonder this season if Kim just doesn't have the fire she once had. In that picture at the start of this thread she looks absolutely terrible. I assume she is on some medication from her recent medical procedures. They can do a lot to you. I've had medications that were worse than the issue for which they were prescribed resulting in me feeling terrible and not really wanting to do much. Once the meds were changed I was fine.

Just a thought.

Unfortunately basketball has changed. We will not win any more national titles shooting 8 threes a game. You could do it with Griner because she was a transcendent talent but that won't happen again.
