However the "we know there will be a Wednesday game against a mid level opponent that won't be sold out" was a shot at our fans.

That said, for numerous reasons, we won't sell out midweek games. Comments like that are why we so desperately need to shrink the arena.

When I heard that quote on ESPN2, I just sat back and grinned. While 'we STILL suck' echoed repeatedly in the back of my mind.
