Love Freddie and how he plays for us, but this poor free throw shooting is costing us.

Guess I thought that would be a given. We can only have 1 big guy who can't make free throws and I think Vital is it. Freddie, you got to fix this!

Like watching a game on an ice skating rink. Maybe Worse than Boise States blue football field.

Freddie's struggling in that area today, but he's a 71 percent free throw shooter for the season.

People get way too worked up over single-game free throw samples. Yes, they can impact games. But those are volatile for every team in the country.

Macio yes!!!!

KSt currently up 4

Tremendous defense and rebounding, but missing free throws, layups and open looks. Only a 7 point lead at the half.

Meanwhile, KSU with a 4 point lead over KU with 16 minutes and change to go.

You don't hold teams to 21 points and 27 percent shooting when you're tired/complacent.

We have a seven-point halftime lead on the road against a team that is 5-2 in conference at home. We're OK.

Completely agree. My concern is that were getting to the end of the season and I would hate for free throws to derail an otherwise magical year for this team that has worked so hard.

Don't get it. We look totally focused and aggressive on the defensive end while at the same time looking lackadaisical and lethargic on the offensive end. TCU is playing some pretty good defense themselves, but I still say we should be up by at least 20 instead of 7 at the half.

Tcu not having RJ Nimhardt really hurts.

This is the best D we've played all year and the worst O. Go figure!
Wichitabear
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Well that shows you what I don't know. Lol. I'm just wanting them to light up the floor more on offense.

A seven-point halftime lead on the road is a good thing. The non-Baylor and Kansas Big 12 road record is 11-51.

Playing on the road in this conference is not as easy as we've made it look at times this season.

Basketball is all about making shots. Even if the spacing is good, the looks are good, etc. but if you can't shoot you should not be on the court. I agree about the court. Looks like an NHL rink.
