Honestly, i felt like if there was any team in the Big 12 that could beat Baylor repeatedly it was OKST.

Disappointed in the loss, but our boys are still the Big 12 Regular season champs. They don't lose THAT title.

Hopefully, this loss will get the guys to focus on the NCAA tournament and not let this happen there.

Vital needed to come out for Mayer when OSU switched to the match-up zone. If not Mayer... maybe Flagler, but I get it if Coach Drew didn't have any confidence in Mayer or Flagler. They were both off tonight and even yesterday.

I'm not going to do the research, but that had to be our worst shooting performance of the yr, right? Just a couple more shot fall and it's a completely different game in the last few minutes. Oh well. Rest, practice, try to figure out how to guard the interior, and hope we get some favorable bounces and calls cause every team needs those to be the last one standing.

I asked this question earlier but never got a reply or I missed it. Did we get a trophy or is that something our fans think we got? It is my understanding there is only one conference champ and that is whoever wins the tourney, not regular season.

Motivation was not the reason we lost this game. Shooting almost 25% worse than our season average from 3 and the continued exploitation of fundamental defensive flaws by conference teams who know how we play were the downfalls. The teams we play next weekend won't be as familiar with us.

Announcers were talking about how we still don't have our legs fully back from the Covid mess.

I wanted the win of course....but maybe not playing 3 days in a row will be a better big picture thing for our players.

Not the end of the world but there's cause for concern whether anyone admits it or not. You live and die by the 3... this could end our season as early as the round of 32. We also look awful defensively in transition. This team is a decent scoring big away from being the best team in the land by a mile. Get to Indy, wrap the guys in bubble and hopefully we come out motivated next Friday/Saturday

Don't think we can use COVID break anymore. We looked great in the three games after the KU loss. We just need to play better offensively, and I think we will.
