What also made me want to hang myself was that the same dude who kicked us out the playoffs several times, is our coach now. Hurts.

If they can stop the run and when the get Lael Collins back they should be ok. I'm worried though stopping the run is going to be an issue on the interior of the DL. Gerald Mccoy is looking like a huge loss. They got pushed around and I don't know how many times Darrian Thompson had to come up to make the tackle but it was alot. Jaylon Smith is a good athlete with high effort but he gets out of position too much. Being thin at linebacker, young at safety and with inability to get push in the middle of the defense is going to be rough this season.

Offense will be fine when Lael gets back but losing Jarwin hurts. Dak needs a safety valve other than Zeke. If Aldon Smith keeps this up he will be comeback player of the year. Demarcus Lawrence looks like he got overpaid. Diggs looked good though unlucky in his first game. Lamb flashed like everyone thought he would but isn't a finished product yet. Zeke looked as good as he has in 2 years. He looked lean and had good burst.

Very nice summary Ubby. And I would add Schultz cant see the field again in a receiving role.

Also Pollard is special in his own right and if we cant get another decent TE I would rather just go 20 personnel with Zeke and Pollard at the same time and really do some misdirection running and or motion one of them out of the backfield.

Poe should be embarrassed and Dallas should be checking in on Snacks Harrison. And gotta give Tristan Hill some props.
