With Miami beating NE today, it ends NE's consecutive winning seasons streak at 19, one short of Tom Landry's 20

We are now picking 9th in the draft.

Regrading the Draft
Round 1 Pick 17 (17) WR CeeDee Lamb - A- (Wow! Wait until he is the #1 WR in the rotation. Had to leave a little room to upgrade him. He is a 100reception, 1200 yd+ a season kid)
Round 2 Pick 19 (51) CB Trevon Diggs - B+ (as he was hurt. Plays HARD! Eases the probable loss of Chido and Lewis next season a bit, but unless we draft a CB high, would like to keep one of them.)
Round 3 Pick 18 (82) DT Neville Gallimore B- (but once they finally let him play... Solid upside at least in a rotation I think.)
Round 4 Pick 17 (123) CB Reggie Robinson II (undetermined)
Round 4 Pick 40 (146) C Tyler Biadasz B- (decent play while he was upright. Excellent while Zach was in the game. Time will tell)
Round 5 Pick 34 (179) DE Bradlee Anae C (we may never know)
Round 7 Pick 17 (231) QB Ben DiNucci D (one game may be his only NFL career, thats a shame)
I will take a player that plays hard and makes mistakes due to legal aggression anyday. He's got a nasty streak in him.BearForce said:Well done!Assassin said:

Really wondering if Justin Fields is the second best QB in the draft. Could be his team is just so good that he has looked good. He was not good yesterday
Really like Zach Wilson. If they think Dak is a one year guy, picking Top 10 is the spot to get your QB. Trey Lance and Trask might also be options. Trask would be there if you traded back a few spots I think.BearForce said:Assassin said:

He hasn't looked good all year honestly. I have to wonder if he messed up enough to give Zach Wilson a chance at being the 2nd QB drafted.
Quote:
12/15/20: In his one game of the 2020 season, Lance had a mixed outing. He missed some throws and made some mistakes, but considering the rust factor those issues are somewhat understandable. Lance completed 15-of-30 passes for 149 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. He ran for 143 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries. After his one game, he announced he is entering the 2021 NFL Draft. Lance will need a lot of practice time with pro coaches. He has a great skill set with arm strength, size, running ability, and upside. An AFC general manager told me he thinks Lance is worthy of being a pick in the back half of the first round because he needs development, but he probably will go higher out of team need.

and the Jets beat the Rams!
Damn!
Jacksonville gets their QB of the future. Guessing he will be a lot happier in Florida than the Big Frozen Apple
=====================
4 win teams Carolina has the DC Critters and the Saints for the next two
Atlanta has KC and the Bucs (again, lost a close one today)
Philly has us and the DC unknown comics
If we lose our next two (one to Philly) and Atlanta and Carolina win 1 each, we would be back to 4 depending on what the Chargers do (near identical SoS) but they have Broncos and Chiefs so I would assume theirs will increase
