Maurice Canady is making a strong push for the other CB across from Diggs. he;s never been a regular starter but who knows?

Lamb is looking spectacular. He makes great plays every day in camp. Diggs is getting some good experience trying to cover him.

I attended the very first Cowboy regular season game in the Cotton Bowl in 1960. I had forgotten they were a part of another division rather then today's Eastern Division. I thought they were originally members of that upper east coast club.

I do tip my hat to the folks in Dallas that ran the organization. I was always jealous they got an NFL expansion with a real businessman as owner. We got the AFC second class with a dork owner in Bud Adams.

On a rather sad note SMU and Rice suffered greatly with arrival of pro football.
