The NFL wasn't a multi-billion dollar league back during the time when Roger Staubach played actively. His salary during his first year as a Cowboy was $25,000. This sum rose to $95,000 midway through his career in 1976. Staubach's highest salary as an NFL player was in the final year of his playing career in 1979 where he earned $160,000 in salaries.

we are talking two different things. I am talking about what he is worth. You are anticipating what he will get.

Dak is no Drew Brees, thats for sure, he has no idea how to place the ball or escape from a sack. Twice he was sacked tonight when he should have thrown it away

And you are comparing long seasoned veteran Drew Brees against 5th year Dak. Compare him against his peers and other than Mahomes and maybe Jackson, he compares favorable to his peer group.

No, I'm saying that he doenst know how to drop the ball in. He makes the mistake too many QBs do. Kinda like a 96 mph pitcher. At some point you have to learn how to throw sliders and curves and all sorts of other pitches. Drew, Aaron and Tom Brady. They all know that you can drop the ball in without fireballing it

Mahomes already gets it. Goff gets it. Either of them would be over the moon with our WRs
