Do we slot him at LT immediately?

Dude, the front office just allowed this team to be hollowed out in the off-season and we are seeing the results. I am apathetic at this point.

So looks like a potent offense for the year. You'd think all the money we spent on Zeke and Dak would mean high scores huh?

Well, they do only have 1 td
That's good

Well given Dak is now out for a few weeks for surgery, the defense better be able to score too...
Checks box score...no Diggs scoringGoldMind said:BearForce said:GoldMind said:BearForce said:GoldMind said:

So, are they going to find another QB or are they rolling with Cooper Rush?
theres a pretty well-established theory with the media around the team that the team was hollowed out and not filled back in so both Dak and McCarthy have to prove it. They'll both be gone in short order.boognish_bear said:TechDawgMc said:

Unfortunately for us, Jerry's only goal as GM is to make money….which he has done big time. The product on the field is an afterthought. A quarter of a century of post-season futility speaks volumes.
As long as Jerry is there our ceiling is a first round playoff exit. It really sucks.

Wouldn't find a book about the falcons. Or Panthers.
Actually, that I disagree with. It's obvious Jerry wants to win and is willing to spend money to win--he's thrown away money more than once in that effort. The problem is that he's incompetent at his job and his ego is too big to admit it.boognish_bear said:TechDawgMc said:

This is really interesting. But I think it gives Jerry and company too much credit. I suspect it's more incompetence than anything else.trey3216 said:theres a pretty well-established theory with the media around the team that the team was hollowed out and not filled back in so both Dak and McCarthy have to prove it. I agree that there isn't much left to try and salvage here anymore. It's time for a tear down rebuild. I've been a huge Dak fan. I really like the guy....but I think it's time to start looking for the next guy.parch said:
fire Moore and get an OC who can actually utilize Pollard and Zeke, and then deal Dak after the 2023 season for building blocks.
As far as I'm concerned this version of the Cowboys as a major contender is over. We need a new leaf. Unfortunately I have zero confidence in our FO to make innovative moves. We'll probably just draft a mediocre OL in the first round and pretend like this roster construction can be salvaged.
I noticed he mentioned how much money the fans are paying him during that little publicity stunt with Stephen A on the helicopter.boognish_bear said:TechDawgMc said:

It doesn't matter, still the team everyone wants to beat

… and usually does.
4th and 2 basically game on the line and the target is a UDFA from Western Illinois. It didn’t have to be this way. Front office made a choice.

Same ******ed sht youve posted on here before, we avg 412yrds per game last year, led the league in scoring, had the most picks, several pro bowlers, swept the NFC East and made the playoffs.
People "usually" beat the Jets

That might be considered successful for the Jets. Success for the Cowboys involves a Super Bowl ring.
