We have several on here who have ISU and Houston penciled as wins. I see both as double digit loses.

Technically yes. I'm sure Aranda will make a great consultant for Nick Saban. Grimes will make a great offensive line coach for LSU. The strength and conditioning coach can go work at 24 Hour Fitness. I'm not even sure who our offensive line coach is but he will also need a change in careers

Well there's still a lot of people that think we're going to get to 6 wins and that that is a huge milestone that should salvage Dave's career here at Baylor

Let me guess - after we came back from the biggest deficit in school history against a G5 team?

That should have been a huge red flag - not a cause for optimism.

i was just thinking this! they have the facilities, the fans, the NIL money, the boosters, the coach, the 5 star talent...and they can't do anything with it. Big 12 or SEC, it's an 8 win, non-playoff program.

what I've learned from my time of fandom for just about any sport is that winning one game buys more goodwill for a fanbase then does losing three games.

This is depressing. Baylor just can't seem to get it going. Briles was a real coach. He understood the game. Aranda just doesn't seem to get it.

By the way, does BearSoCal, Clavin and his ilk work for the University? Got enough alcohol in me that the old 82nd Abn Paratrooper pushes to the top. Are they on Mack's payroll? Trying to figure out the swarm approach. Seems like they attack in groups. Always the same toadies. It really intrigues me....

I think that that scenario is less gross than keeping Dave as the coach next year. I say again that if Baylor cannot scrape together ~30 million to buy Aranda out, we need to beg the AAC to let us join their conference

I think it goes without saying that we have to find a way to score on the first drive of the second half. I don't see any way we get back into the game without a TD out of halftime. And unfortunately, I don't see much reason for optimism that we will or even can.
