The difference in Blake and Dillon Gabriel is that Gabriel pulls that ball down and jukes, just as the defender leaves his feet and then has a free 5-10 yard run. Blake just fires right into the outstretched arms.

Yes, this works better when you're averaging more than .8 yards per carry. Tiring their D out so we can get a first down in the 4th quarter when we're down by 28 doesn't seem great.

At some point you have to score touchdowns. Even if we were down eight right now, we'd need a touchdown. This offense doesn't look capable of getting into the end zone tonight.

Dave is done as a head coach. Classic Peter principle on display. Up in a booth calling the defense, he's perfect. Trying to holistically lead an entire program? Can't do it
