K-State has a shot at Iowa State.

Houston vs BYU depends on if first half Retzlaff shows up for the game or second half Retzlaff.

Arizona has almost no shot against Arizona State

Oklahoma State has almost no shot against Colorado.

By the way,

ASU could easily lose to AU
Colorado can lose on any giving weekend
ISU can lose to KSU

They are not moon shot odds on all of them. Anyone going to parlay that?

Its not. Im down on Aranda a lot and really hope we win...been talking with my son all morning about our chances to get into Big XII title game.

You can think Aranda isnt currently the greatest coach and still be super pumped if we win the Big XII.

  • Two of Arizona State, BYU, Iowa State, Colorado, Baylor, Kansas State, and Texas Tech
Here's where it starts to get messy. We'll start with the simple scenario. ASU, BYU, ISU and Colorado are all tied atop the conference at 6-2. If there's a four-way tie at 7-2, the two conference title game participants are Arizona State and Iowa State.

Colorado needs two of the three other teams it's tied with to lose to get to the title game thanks to losses to both Kansas State and Kansas. ASU and BYU both beat K-State already and Iowa State plays the Wildcats in Week 14. Baylor and Texas Tech need to win in Week 14 and have the four tied teams lose. Kansas State needs to beat Iowa State, have the other three tied teams lose and have Baylor lose to Kansas.

Agreed. I've been vocal in my amazement at the job Dillingham has done at Arizona State, but dude needs to take it down a notch. This is not normal behavior.

They are both lower in the pecking order and with little or no chance of playing in Arlington. They won't draw as many eyeballs. At least we are not on ESPN+.

I guess I lost track of this… I assumed Iowa State and Arizona State controlled their own destiny. Obviously…they have the most likely path...but it's not as simple as just winning their next game I guess.

Maybe someone already made this comment earlier but NO CIRCUMSTANCE can Baylor be in the scenario where we get all the teams we needed to LOSE and yet we LOSE to Kansas and miss out on the B12 Championship game. THIS CANNOT ABSOLUTELY HAPPEN.
