With coaches like Dave that have no niche, aren't a force multiplier, and aren't able to squeeze the most production out of the talent that they get? Yes, yes it's going to be very difficult. But if somebody like Matt Campbell had access to our roster, I would feel much better. Coaching does make a huge difference
