"Not more of the same" was what I was told from the guy I know, because he can't really say much else right now. But he's one I'd take at his word for sure. Said what they're wanting to do is completely different than what has been done over the last 10 years, and is going to be a great investment for them as well as for the local community. That's all I've got right now.
