I'm not as worried about this loss really. It actually may be beneficial in the long run if that is possible. Finally, we play a team as athletic as we are so there are no excuses for not matching that going forward.
I also would not be surprised if UK blows out KU today either. UK at their best is a national champion. I haven't seen a better team all year when they are connected. Problem is you gotta put 6 games in a row like that to accomplish it, but they can do it.
It's definitely possible for the team to be better off in the long run. It all depends on how they respond. We saw what happened after the two losses a couple weeks ago.
I don't think anyone is blaming the officiating as the sole reason why we lost, but was it a part of it? It most definitely was. That's neither moronic, nor pathetic to go by what we saw was called on us vs. what was called (or not called) on Alabama.BleacherBum95 said:
