This team is just brutally bad. There's no two ways about it. We get blown out every time we play a good Big 12 team.

Scott Drew has no idea how to build a roster in the modern era.

Ok good. A couple weeks ago people were talking about us getting in. We didn't look good then either.

In fairness, we've played by far the most difficult SOS in conference play so after tonight the schedule on paper becomes more games against teams similar to Ok St quality instead of top of the conference quality for the next 2-3 weeks. But we're probably not gonna do any better than .500 against those schools and pick 4 or 5 more wins because we're too inconsistent and simply don't play good enough D to go on a 8 game unblemished steak winning both on the road and at home.

Like Iowa said, the Memphis game made it evident we were in for a challenge to be a tournament team, the TCU loss put us in a hole and the limited competitiveness against good teams has already been noticed by pretty much everyone else in the basketball media.

The key is to not let your program get to the point that you need to restock the entire roster. Once you get there, it's too damn late.

This is just a mediocre program at this point. Any momentum we ever had is gone.

We have Isaac Williams (6-1) matched up one-on-one with JT Toppin (6-9), who easily backs him down into the lane and lays it in. That pretty much says it all.
