This team does remind me of 2011 in that both teams were 1 player away.... 11 it was a point guard... this year it's a shooter

I actually think we might win this game. Only being down 12 to a team shooting lights out when you can't hit anything is a good sign. If they were up 20+ it would be a different story.

This team has a legit shot at finishing the season with a losing record. Never in a million years thought was even a possibility back in November.

Agreed. The bones are there for a really good team, just missing the shooter.

I'm all for a shooting point guard. Clark is definitely progressing. McClure regressing. Not sure 7 or 8 league wins will get BU into the big boy tourney. Right now I'd take 7 or 8 wins and hopefully be proven wrong.

I'm all for a shooting point guard. Clark is definitely progressing. McClure regressing. Not sure 7 or 8 league wins will get BU into the big boy tourney. Right now I'd take 7 or 8 wins and hopefully be proven wrong.
McClure and Omat have not progressed like, I think everyone, expected them to.... LeConte has not been the guy he has been the last two years....

The wheels came off this team when Maston broke his hand.... they lost it without him and were never able to get it back.

The rest of the way doesn't look like it's going to be much fun for the bears

This is just a bad team with no shooters, no defenders and limited fundamentals. 1 or 2 more conference wins the rest of the way is the ceiling. Trae Young will break his single game Big 12 scoring record against us next week. There's no one on this team who can stop him.

What an embarrassing performance. Team seems to be steadily falling in the exact opposite direction from what you typically see in caliber teams. They look increasingly worse and lost with each game, not better. Something obviously is very different about this year's team and/or internal dynamics than in the past few. I won't try to pontificate on what those issues are - I'll just say that It Is there. You can't make a tourney run every year, so let;s just look for a little momentum finishing off this season and great adds over the off-season that can help bring us back next year.

That's what I'm most concerned about - it just looks like this team has quit. They looked beat in this game at the opening tip. Just don't see much of anybody playing with much of any passion out there.
