If I were on the team from which a player had transferred, I would be very hesitant to want them back, I don't care how good they might be. This whole thing was nothing more than free agency going to the high school level.

The past few years we have been in multiple recruits final top 5,4,3. We just havent seemed to pull any our way. I hope one of these top 2025 players choose us, to break what seems like a curse.

even coach has said that. We do not match on a money perspective at the moment we have to win big games to get in the light and get athletes these deals.

Not being able to pay out will hurt us with the big recruits. We have made top 10 and top 5 for alot of top recruits but can't reel them in.

Yeah and I agree for sure, i feel it will all be a domino effect and it will start with winning. A big march madness run will really help us a ton. We need to be on televised games especially at peak viewer times like that. That will get the deals for the athletes, the buzz on ESPN, the Baylor name will be heard so much that it would pull those people in.

Once we get to Final 4 and maybe get to a championship game, we will start to pull in top 10/15 recruits. This year will be the most important year for Coach N since she has been at Baylor. Majority of the team are experienced seniors, juniors, and 5th/6th year grad students, and all but 1 are her players/recruits. We have a good chance making it to the elite 8 (maybe even final 4 with a little luck on our side).

Inch guard for class of 2026. She is number 15 player in the class according to espn.

I agree that deep tournament runs will help recruiting. But if we are not competitive with NIL, I do not see us getting top 10 players, even with elite 8 and Final 4 runs.

but i think with us performing well like that it will either get our players more deals with companies in the form of endorsements. Also if we are winning and going that far i feel the NIL from Baylor will come as well. Especially if we see this uptrend in women's basketball and the support that has grown around it all over the country.

I also think we need to get more people drafted and playing in the league. Aijha and Dre had a good chance but i think they had to ply out of position sooo much that it hurt their draft stock.

#6 F Grace Knox from California just committed to LSU. They are loaded for class of 2025, the rich are getting richer.
Rooting for Coach N to get Prawl, she looks really good on film, would be a great addition to our team. Hope she commits during the signing period next week.
