I will say this. Cooper was number 3 in the class of 2015 and she is not a small PG. Think of Jackson with a 3 point shot and better defense. Would be adding another McDonald's all American to the team

From watching the highlights video, I've got to say Cooper has got some serious moves. She's got a 3-point shot that Jackson didn't have/use.

I couldn't care less who her boyfriend is. If CKM wants her, I hope she comes to Waco.

Very true.

Just looked at her Assists to Turnovers for her career. 0.85 Not stellar for a PG.
'18-'19 - 66/68
'17-'18 - DNP
'16-'17 - DNP
'15-'16 - 74/97

Looking at the rest of her statistics, I don't see the value to the Lady Bears. Maybe, there are some intangibles to consider.

I guess we'll see what happens.

With Cox, Nylissa and Queen inside she'll get much better looks .

I don't understand where these posts are going. We are being critical of a POINT guard when we don't currently have one on the team. So she doesn't have the very best assist-to-turnover ratio. Give me a break. She has experience at that position and we have the best coach to help her improve her skills. If Kim wants her, I fully support her decision to award her a one-year scholarship.

I agree. If CKM wants her, I'm her new biggest fan.

Remember that assists, and therefore ratios that involve assists, are greatly affected by those to whom the ball is passed putting said passed ball through the hoop. Always have to dig deeper than just numbers on page.

Anyone who thinks the coaches are satisfied with just winning the championship last year and plan on mailing it in this year, raise your hand....

Anyone who thinks the coaches don't think chemistry is important (despite reiterating over and over to the media that the key to our success this year was our chemistry) raise your hand....

It would be amazing if we could keep all our own players from this year...the new norm is transfers...there is some serious talent out there and some highly recruited kids who are looking for playing time opportunities. UCONN and ND both have some serious roster issues but oh my gosh they certainly have some options to reload quickly through transfers. I doubt we could get kids looking for some assurance of more playing time...as we have so many good players already.

I agree. We have plenty of quality players that we need to develop instead of bringing in xfers. By the end of next season we should be REALLY good with the players that we currently have on the roster. Moon, HSG, DeCosta, Egbo, Smith, Cox and Landrum are one heck of a 7 player rotation. Then add incoming freshman Oliver and we really don't need a xfer.

I think DiDi Richards might have something to say about your 7 player rotation.

Didi is a great player and should play alot

What was the situation? Last I heard, she announced she wanted to transfer after HW was fired, then the new coach arrived and she said she would give it a try with her and went through some workouts but then decided that she was ultimately gonna transfer.

I can tell you straight up, EW was done with playing for HW and that was the only reason she gave it a try after Holly was ultimately canned.

EW's mother even hinted at a possible transfer during last season.

Then after the season EW publicly stated that changes needed to be made on and off the court.

So it looks like all our girls are coming back? I have heard no news of anyone transferring and the summer is here? Any news on this front?
