Fan forum member mimi25408 posted on Jan 5 that Sahara attended the UConn game at the Ferrell Center. Sahara is listed as undeclared on HoopGurlz. Her San Antonio club ball is same organization as NaLyssa Smith & Sammie Wagner. One of my bookmarks shows that she has been offered by Kansas, Texas, Texas A&M & Texas Tech. I have not seen a Top 5 interest release this summer.

Maybe she has family ties to the Army or is just interested in serving her country. Either way, that is very commendable.

It is very difficult for student athletes to GRADUATE from Harvard, I hope she does, but suspect we will hear from her again - just a hunch...

And yet at Harvard the have two sets of grades: the real ones and the ones that get reported because snowflakes cannot handle failure. As I understand it, this has been reported by notable Harvard professors.

I disagree on Andrews' ranking. I think she is top 4, ahead of HVL.

I agree with the value of the degree, but I know from experience from some I have known that athletes have a much harder time

I'm glad for her - for the reasons that degree is as valuable as it is because the academics are very challenging even without competitive/scholarship athletics. I would say the same thing about HVL, and any other student athlete at Harvard

OK we are in the stretch run now for 2020...Gusters is one...we lose 4 off roster so 8 returning plus Gusters is 9

We looking at three more Sarah, Van Lith and Treasure...the only other name on the chart is Kapinus...if we hit on all of these it would put us at 13 and likely no need for Grad Transfers...

Any thought on plans if we only hit one or two...are we just going to wait and see what comes up and available in the transfer portal? Do we have any other 2020 kids on the radar maybe foreign that might be headed our way if we miss out on these top three we pursing and Kapinus?

I know we keep our recruiting news close to the vest but you have to think they are pretty confident we getting a minimum of one of the top three if not all three.
