Has she done her official to Baylor yet? I don't think she has, and if I'm right, I believe she will schedule us last, and IMO, that will be a good thing with favorable results

Of course she is the one who will decide but usually the coaches announce too, my concern was that comment was directed to the coach, since he's the author of the original tweet, and that he was going to make the announcement - I'm concerned about her impression that it was not what she expected in a positive way

Coaches can't mention anything in regard to a recruit until after they sign an LOI. Reading way too much into this.
