It's a shame these home crowds can't see their own teams win at home. Do the Astros come back to Houston tonight ? I will be cheering for y'all.

If Bregman can recover his mojo we can win this game.
Reasonably sure it's gonna take more than one guy
You're kidding, right?Wichitabear said:

Well I don't want to see the nationals win. So no I don't feel sorry for them. Sorry, that was a little deceiving. I just want Houston to see some wins at home! Especially the title game.

I believe I mentioned Yordan would show up sooner or later .
Not really. Screwed the pooch on two straight batters.D. C. Bear said:
Umpire missed two calls on full count to last two batters in the bottom of seventh. Called a walk on strike three and a strikeout on ball four. Evens out.

Game Six sucked.
All comes down to winner take all tomorrow.

Pretty sure Astros blew it. In Greinke we trust but I don't have a lot of faith.
I think Greinke will be fine. What we need is our bats to get hot again. A lot of what happened last night was Strasburg, but it looked to me like we put pressure too much on ourselves, like Altuve with men on 2nd and 3rd thinking he had to get a home run to brings runs in.GrowlTowel said:Oldbear83 said:

What happened last night was actually pretty common to this WS. Cole, Verlander, and Strasburg all had early trouble in games 1-2 during the first inning, but nailed down their control after that.Leonidas said:
Did Strasburg miss some time this year or have his innings limited. I heard on the radio this morning that Verlander leads the lead in innings thrown this year, and observation was that he was just gassed even as he started the game. Same "analyst" also said he thought Greinke and Scherzer were both tired as well, and was surprised that Scherzer was up twice throwing in the bullpen last night.
Astros need to get past their home trend of scoring in the first inning and then shutting down the bats.
Lots of bad karma flowing last night. Hopefully we got it all behind us.
