Jimmy finished at +3 (75). My guess is the cut will be about -1 so JW needs to shoot 67 or 68 tomorrow in order to play the weekend.

Another rough start for Jimmy; 4 over 74 today which is 9 back of 2 leaders who shot 5 under 65's.
JW had 3 birdies today but 7 bogeys wrecked his card.

JW was -1 thru 16 holes today when they had to stop for weather, he's +3 overall (cut at Even). When they resume play he'll need to birdie both 17 & 18 to get to +1 and then hope the cut moves up to +1 as well.

Sony Open in Hawaii this week; Jimmy has won this tournament twice (back2back in 2014-2015)
I think its obvious that JW has good vibes at this course - hopefully he can get that positive mojo going again this week

Let's avoid the blowup holes and see if we can sneak a Top 25.

Last year he shot -2 and finished in last place of those that made the cut.

JW is giving it another go this week in California at the American Express. They use 3 courses for this event (Pete Dye Stadium//Nicklaus Tournament//La Quinta CC). Jimmy is paired with J.Vegas and their amateur partners; they play Nicklaus Tourn on Thursday, Pete Dye on Friday, and La Quinta on Sat.
