The FBI had people planted in several of these groups stirring it up, they have people on social media stirring it up, they were working with social media to stir it up and you're unhappy that people are upset with the FBI?! They literally are creating crimes to investigate and punish people
I haven't seen evidence of that. Just stuff like the Ray Epps conspiracy theory, which gets debunked and recycled over and over again.
If you're debonking Ray Epps then why was he never arrested? Seems to me he did a lot more to stir up trouble than any of the others that just walked into the capitol. He was on video recruiting people to go into the capitol. Where are his charges?
Because Trump dupes keep repeating debunked lies. He supported Trump.

A Trump Backer's Downfall as the Target of a Jan. 6 Conspiracy Theory
Ray Epps became the unwitting face of an attempt by pro-Trump forces to promote the baseless idea that the F.B.I. was behind the attack on the Capitol.

Ray Epps has suffered enormously in the past 10 months as right-wing media figures and Republican politicians have baselessly described him as a covert government agent who helped to instigate the attack on the Capitol last year.
Strangers have assailed him as a coward and a traitor and have menacingly cautioned him to sleep with one eye open. He was forced to sell his business and his home in Arizona. Poor guy just wants to be left alone. Good thing the NYtimes is doing a puff piece on him. He was seen on video in a restricted area instructing people to push through police barricades but obviously he's just a good guy who did nothing wrong.

It's obvious this whole Jan 6th was a set up by the regime so the dems can use this to go after Maga and Trump.

Does the NY times usually write articles about random Trump supporters that did nothing wrong on Jan 6th? I guess all this selectively edited video was done to frame a good ol boy who was just there to support Trump like a good American.

Don't you ask yourself why a MAGA leader who played a role in the "insurrection" gets away free when the fbi is crucifying people who merely roamed the halls after they were allowed into the capitol?

Exactly. Using almost anything in a full on leftist propaganda rag like The NY Times as some kind of objective journalistic proof for the validity anything the dementia Joe regime or the dims and their RINO allies in general are doing is like referencing PRAVDA to justify the actions of the commies during the days of the old Soviet Union. From NYTimes:
But scores, if not hundreds, of people who appear to have committed minor crimes that day were investigated by the F.B.I. but have not been charged or taken into custody.

Mr. Epps said that he had acted stupidly at times when he and one of his sons took a last-minute trip to Washington for Mr. Trump's speech about election fraud. But he said that he had managed to avoid arrest because he reached out to the F.B.I. within minutes of discovering that agents wanted to speak with him.
On Jan. 8, 2021, just two days after the Capitol was attacked, Mr. Epps learned from a family member that the F.B.I. had issued a be-on-the-lookout alert in his name. He said he immediately called the bureau's National Threat Operations Center, and his phone records show that he spoke to agents there for nearly an hour.
The F.B.I. has repeatedly declined to comment on Mr. Epps, but his account of calling the operations center and of sitting down for a formal discussion with federal agents in March 2021 is backed by transcripts of those interviews reviewed by The New York Times.
The interview transcripts show that Mr. Epps told agents that he had spent much of his time at the Capitol seeking to calm down other rioters, an assertion supported by multiple video clips.
Mr. Epps, who questioned the results of the election, was also interviewed twice by the House select committee on Jan. 6. After his dealings with the panel were completed, officials released a statement saying he had told them that he never worked as an asset for, or an employee of, any federal law enforcement agency.

Doesn't excuse DOJ/FBI excesses either.

If they'd gone after Antifa like this, they'd have a lot more credibility. And polling indicates the public sees it.

I don't mind defending institutions that are serving their intended purposes. But when an institution is merely defending itself from fair critique of its own malfeasances, the institution itself is the problem. FBI is out of control.

The FBI seized his phone at a fast food restaurant. A federal judge issued a warrant.
and..
The seizure was lawful based on probable cause. FBI are not comparable to gestapo and such assertions diminish the credibility of the posters claiming such.

The Russian collusion claims were unfounded and damaged the Trump presidency. Some in the FBI were derelict in their duty and dishonest. The MSM cooperated in this effort.

Because Trump was treated unfairly doesn't excuse his excesses after the election.

Grew up thinking the FBI was the ultimate law enforcement agency in the entire world .

Whenever FBI agents were involved …..figured some dangerous / legitimate criminals were inevitably about to be tracked down .

Now consider the FBI to be merely the political muscle of the Democratic Party with entrapment and evidence fabrication their most dangerous weapons .

The organization needs to be dismantled and rebuilt from the top down .

most likely scenario for 2024 is Trump in WH, with 60-seat GOP Senate and a strong House majority. That's the time to get it done. Just farm out most of the FBI functions to other agencies and downgrade FBI to an internal intelligence organization, MI-5 equivalent with all new leadership selected from offices in Omaha, Birmingham, Bismarck, Oklahoma City, Boisie, and Montpelier, etc.....

DOJ is getting unfairly spared in our critique. THEY are the prosecutors deciding what will be investigated or not. Need to split that agency into a pure prosecution agency with guaranteed partisan balance, and take the rest of the DOJ over to a new agency that is the official legal representative arm of the Executive Branch. That would fix a long-standing problem - conflict between the prosecutions of crimes and the representations of policy interests of a sitting administration.

Strongly doubt you will see either a Republican president in 2024 or 60 Republican senators .

For if one believes the Dems stole the 2020 election 'generating' 81 million votes for old man Biden …..why wouldn't they merely repeat the process with the coming mid terms and 2024 ?

You can only steal close elections.

2024 will not be close.

Agreed

Dems will 'win' by at least 6 million votes .

Popular vote, sure. they can and do crank out ballots in big blue cities in big blue states. But red state legislatures have already clipped the wings of their own big blue city machines, and I think you will see more improvements in the next sessions at the state level.

And don't sleep on the PA Gov race. Trafalgar has it at 47-45. That's 8pts undecided. They are likely to break decidedly for Mastriano..... Both PA houses are already GOP controlled. Ifm Dems lose the Gov mansion, PA voting laws will get fixed.

Federalism tends to work. It's messy, slow, uneven, always incomplete, but Dems have rice on their elbows and the trend is going to work against them for the next few years.
