The guy pushed away an opposing activist who the guy felt was threatening his kid, twice. Potentially, an assault.
Apparently, an assault at an abortion clinic is a federal offense.
For that, the guy got a SWAT raid, at home, in front of his wife and kids. One can allow that the raider might have been reasonably charged and still be outraged over the SWAT raid.
But while this wildly disproportionate law enforcement is carried out by Democrats, some will save their opprobrium for Trump as an ostensibly greater potential threat to liberty, even though during his four years his admin never remotely did the kind of Jack-booted thuggery we see from the never-Trump party.
Reality is, Trump might be the only person in view brave enough to fix the problem.

warrant charged Mark with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, due to a claimed "ATTACK OF A PATIENT ESCORT."
Ryan-Marie stated this charge comes from an incident that had already been thrown out of the District Court in Philadelphia but was somehow picked up by
Merrick Garland's Department of Justice.
On several occasions when Mark went to sidewalk counsel last year, he took his eldest son, who was only 12 at the time, she explained. Since the Biden administration has taken power in January 2021, Garland's Department of Justice and the FBI have committed dozens of SWAT team raids that have been characterized as a political "weaponization" of the federal agencies against
