Ok, to put it slowly for you. It is not that black and white. We are being sold that Trump has won and that there is no need for anyone else to run or be taken seriously. If that is not on topic, I can't help you. You're trying to make an argument over something I haven't said.

I will spell it out since you seem to be a bit slow. The Power Brokers ARE choosing Trump and using the polls and media to sell it. There is NO WAY Trump wins 60% of the vote and wins a General Election. He is THE most hated person in Politics. Yet, all those people will forget that and vote for him, yeah right. What the ****? Point to where ever said Trump would win the general election. My beef is with people like you, who would rather allow Biden back into the White House (even after his chitshow of an adiministration) rather than voting for the orange "boogey man". Face it scooter, you're just like the liberals that are lead around by their emotions.

As for whose fault it is? It is people like you. People that are more interested in a Reality TV show in the White House than an actual adult to Govern. People that got theirs and want to make sure nothing is done to compromise their position, no matter what the consequences. It is the people that will vote for Trump no matter what he does. First, I'm not voting for Trump in the primary, I'll be voting for DeSantis (as I said all along), second, it sounds like you're blaming the people who vote for Trump in the primary. So you don't think that the people who refuse to vote for Trump in the general, hold any blame whatsoever?

Clear enough? You're still bloviating

Now, call me names. That seems to be your response to most people who disagree with you. No, it's my response to idiots who try to avoid answering questions or answer a question that I didn't ask.
Do you think the RNC power brokers should have the power to determine which candidates people can or can't vote for in a primary? Would you be a-ok with the eliminating primaries all together? Just let the power brokers in the RNC and DNC choose which candidate will be on the ticket?
You, the "Trump is the nominee because of Polls crowd", and the "NeoCon" hater crowd (really the same as the Trump crowd) are the one that is eliminating Primaries! The first words I wrote were NO VOTES have been cast, Trump has not won ***** Polls are not votes.

As for the Power Brokers, letting people run under their banner? Yes, Trump showed after the 20 election he should not be allowed to run. He lost that privilege with his behavior and actions up to Jan 6th and that speech while still President. So, yes. The RNC should have the power to say. No. Run as an Independent. Trump is a disgrace. That is not the same as the Power Makers picking the Nominee or getting rid of Primaries.
You're the "Trump can never be elected again" crowd. Where in the hell did I bring up polls, huh? Did I ever once say that Trump was going to win because he's polling better? Dude, you're so off track you don't if you should scratch your watch or wind your ass.

You're the one having a conniption fit because, apparently, polls show Trump ahead.

Get over yourself, you're being led around by your emotions.

Power politics is all about WINNING.

And Trump can't.

Bernie's base was furious when their boy got the shaft.

But they certainly are now glad to have woke Biden than another 4 years of Trump.

Republicans just don't have the leadership or guts to dump Trump.

So Dems get another 4 years to make Supreme Court appointments.

So, you're answer is to stay home and not vote Trump if he wins the primary? Okay.
What you and other members of Trumps base are failing to grasp, is that there are millions of voters who have reached the same conclusion.

His behavior after Election Day in 2020 was inexcusable.

So either read the realities of the situation, nominate someone who can win the general election or merely practice a new set of excuses.

Sorry, I'm not his base. I'm a DeSantis voter.

What you fail to realize, is that if Trump wins the primary and you refuse to vote for him during a general election, then your partly at fault for a democrat walking right back into the White House.

Now that, is the reality of the situation.

Ridiculous

If your logic applied Dems would have allowed Ol Bernie to win their 2020 nomination.

But they were smart enough and ruthless enough to take control of the situation and WIN the White House.

But at least it's obvious now what Trumpsters new post election mantra is going to be.
No, what's ridiculous is that if Trump wins the primary and you refuse to vote for him in the general election, then you won't share some of the blame for Biden (or whoever) to waltz right back into the White House.

So, tell me, you think it's okay for the party power brokers to choose who people can and can't vote for in a primary election? A simple yes or no will do.

Power brokers need produce their parties most viable candidate.

Bernie has his super motivated base. But Dem power brokers did the smart thing.

You would rather lose and blame anyone than that old, fat narcissistic currently under state AND federal indictments.

Well, damn the primary process then. Maybe

You'd rather lose and blame anyone but yourself for Biden walking back into the White House, when you choose not to vote for the boogey man n the general election.

However with the Supreme Court clearly at risk within the next 4 years; such naivety involving the electability of an old mega narcissist currently under both state and federal indictments is inexcusable.

Yawn. You're one that apparently has no issue with people not being to vote for who they want in a primary.

If you're so damn concerned about SCOTUS, then get your ass out there and vote for Trump if he wins the primary and become the nominee.

Your refusal to vote for the "boogey man" (If he's the nominee) will play a part in a Democrat waltzing right back into the White House.

You can't blame Only Trumpers and not blame the Never Trumpers.

Hell, Trump is brash loudmouth ass*hole that needs a filter. He brings too much BS onto himself and frankly he's too friggin' tiring for my taste. That's why I won't be voting for him in the primary. But I'll sure as hell vote for him in the general if he's on the ticket because 1) Trump is better than the alternative and 2) I'm not stupid.

Polls also influence. And the putting out of a continuous message that the polls show this is over impacts turnout and independent votes. Reporting polling results skews the electorate, which is what they want to happen. Low turn out because it doesn't matter, Trump has it locked up no matter what I do. And the psyop approach that humans want to be on the winning side. You know this if you worked at the CIA. This is how you influence elections!

Not sure how you guys insist on ignoring the obvious.

There are millions of conservatives who witnessed Trumps behavior after his election loss; and are now susceptible to Dem propaganda that Trump is 'dangerous'.

That Trump might attempt to become a dictator.

And if Trump wins the Republican nomination his will undoubtedly stick his foot in his mouth dozens of times.

Making it easier for the Dems to make their case against him.

And when the dust settles you Trumpsters will blame everyone else but the candidate himself.

Hell you might even believe it.

But the result will be the same. 4 more years of a Dem picking SC appointees.

I do not hate Trump.

Remains what he has always been; a self centered ego maniac.

But only now he is too old to pull it off another political miracle.
Only now Trump is facing state and federal indictments.

Not everyone outside of this group of old white guys are going to be unaffected by these indictments when they case their votes.

What I do hate is the absence of Republican leadership. Most of whom have been in politics long enough to know Trump has little chance of repeating his 2016 miracle.

But Trump and his money intimidate them. They don't wish to risk their cushy DC perks.

So they are going to let the Dems dictate the 2024 election narratives; and win.

Wake the **** up.
Well, damn the primary process then. Maybe

You'd rather lose and blame anyone but yourself for Biden walking back into the White House, when you choose not to vote for the boogey man n the general election.

Might not be stupid but you are certainly naive.

And demanding that independents, women, younger voters and the millions of Americans who were disgusted by Trumps post election loss antics, vote the way you wish is ridiculous.

So you are either very young, very inexperienced or know nothing about past presidential elections.
you told me scotus is at risk, i vote for the GOP canidate no matter who in the general now. you and your friends better do the same or as you say, kiss scotus goodbye.

ICYMI, Trump has a history of decent scotus picks..

4 more years of a Dem picking SC appointees.

not sure how you keep ignoring the obvious, your GOP failed to put up a canidate who could topple Trump and that on the GOP.

Trump losing is on the RNC putting out a ****ty message, having a ****ty ground game, not having real canidates with real messages, and never trumpers like you who dont vote against the Dems progressive moveme t.

It is 100% that simple. Trump is a symptom of a weak ass GOP with no message. Full stop.

So you are just going to repeat the same BS over and over because you don't think you will get the perfect candidate.

Listen, I voted for Trump in the 2016 and 2020 General Election not because he was perfect, but because he was better than the Democrat's candidate. I wanted someone else in the Primary, but I am an adult and don't piss on the GOP nominee and help the Democrat win.

I voted for Romney in the 2012 General Election not because he was perfect, but because he was better than the Democrat's candidate. I wanted someone else in the Primary, but I am an adult and don't piss on the GOP nominee and help the Democrat win.

I voted for freaking McCain in the 2008 General Election not because he was perfect, but because he was better than the Democrat's candidate. I wanted someone else in the Primary, but I am an adult and don't piss on the GOP nominee and help the Democrat win.

I voted for Dole in the 1996 General Election not because he was perfect, but because he was better than the Democrat's candidate. I wanted someone else in the Primary, but I am an adult and don't piss on the GOP nominee and help the Democrat win.

My point is that if you want to be bitter and trash the Republican nominee because he's not perfect, you are effectively putting a Biden 2024 sign in your yard.

This is how you influence elections!
so who is directing all these different polling companies to spin out all the same numbers, same trends, same margins, etc.....?

Who?

If there is a conspiracy, there are a hierarchy of conspirators. Who are they?

sorta. Trump is the best thing going since GOP is a weak-ass organization with no message. Trump appeals to, and is ahead by doble digits with, very low-propensity voters; Biden is tied among high propensity voters. So who will turn out? It will be up to Trump to inspire his voters, because GOP shows no sign of doing much.

Regardless of all that.......the strongest GOP candidate is the one that wins the primary. The argument that Haley or RDS or anyone else would be stronger in the general is wishful thinking not clearly borne out by available data. Whatever they might bring in one set of demographics, they lose equally or more in others.

The best person to unite the party is the one that gets the most votes in the primary.
Duh.
And whoever that ends up being is who I'll support, without reservation.
Would be quite irresponsible not to do so.

So who are the power brokers? Who do you think controls the polls? How do your power brokers control the masses? You don't think reporting that the Nominee race is over, doesn't influence voters. How do you influence an election? Through the legislature and media. That is what we are seeing, this has Bannon written all over it.

Emotions? I can give a **** less. I have ten years and am done. You young guys are the ones screwed and seem willing to lock step in with sociopaths like Trump. He is counting on your logic to win. After all our US blood is being tainted right?
Dude, you keep talking about polls when I've talking about votes and voters and their role in the election.

Holy fruck are you wired. I've said over and over and over that I'm voting for DeSantis in the primary. You keep trying to label me as some sort of cultist Trump supporter. You couldn't have your head more up your ass.

I get it, you'd rather have a leftist liberal democrats waltz right back into the house then *gasp* vote for the bad orange man. That's fine, vote for who you want, but just realize that if Trump wins the primary then loses the general election, you had a role in it.
