By end of second trimester, your babys brain stem is fully mature and ready to control heart rate, breathing, and blood pressure.
Now we get to the good stuff. This is where the brain activity is clearly shown including things like REM sleep aka dreaming.

The only work I expect from my federal representative is border security.... beyond that dismantling and disarming the central government that has power creeped its way to total supremacy over state and local government which was not the vision of the founders.
