From what I've read all the directly involved people were white...pilots and ATC....but I haven't seen that verified.

This is interesting news if true.

I am not a big conspiracy theory guy, but one of my best friends is career military and a former army pilot who flew Blackhawks in Iraq. He is convinced this was a terroristic act, and that the pilot did this on purpose. He said it would be impossible for the pilot, not to mention one of the other people on board, not to see that jet and avoid it, even at night and with other distractions. Said even an inexperienced pilot would never have done something like this accidentally, and this pilot apparently had thousands of flight hours.

This may lend credence to his theory, if true.
