She would not get a phone back at all and would be working to pay for a new tailgate.

I don't get why more parents (really all) don't get their kids the phones made specifically for kids. The ones that they control everything like what apps are on it, numbers in contacts, when it can be used, etc. .

As a side it will be interesting to see what happens in Texas as schools start back with the new law banning phones in schools for kids.

Didnt know that. We will definately get smarter kids

Yes. Technically it doesn't go into place until September 1 but many schools are enforcing it from day one. It allows schools to confiscate the phone and charge parents to get it back (which many schools used to do or still did).

It has already upset lots of parents who want their baby to be able to bypass the law and keep their phone. Which was much of the problem with phones in schools to begin with. The parents constantly texting.

Hopefully it also cuts down on social media bullying, fights, etc.

Do they have a place to store them, then get them back after school?

thats how spouses school does it, phones go in locked case in morning, get back at end of school dismissal.

That would make the most sense as I would guess, the parents get a call when the kids are ready to be picked up. The way I remember it, you damn well better be outside at a certain time or you'll be walking!

these days, they line up an hour early and down the block to pick up kids with the special window tags and secret code words

I think that would vary by school. Most will probably just have them turn them off in the backpacks.

Arrested for what?

Do stadiums have police arrest people that throw objects like bottles on the field or court normally?

Usually.

Supposedly tossing a "toy" on the court will get you a one year ban from attending WNBA games. So if your significant other is demanding you take her to games and you really have no interest, just throw one on the court during a time out and your problem is solved for the next 12 months.

I did not know that. I knew that they get kicked out of college stadiums if identified but had no idea they were arrested nor do I understand what they would even be charged with.

You may be correct. Also, if they kicked someone out of the stands for a year, they would lose half their annual revenue...

I've heard of children having imaginary friends but not adults! To say the least, this is very strange.
