How about only going tactical after real criminals, not running down waitresses, UPS employees and clerks? FBI style suit and badge work for them? She served them lunch, she wasn't running.

When they go tactical, have a f-ing plan or Op Order! It is a cluster**** out there. Coordinate with law enforcement, let them handle the crowds. IF they won't use US Marshall's, they are the best there is at bringing people in.

We have the best Federal Law Enforcement in the world, WHY is ICE going Brownshirts???? Unless, that is the message. If you cross us, these guys will run you down in the street. I sincerely hope it is not what they are trying to do.

Not sure what you mean by "going tactical," but I haven't seen any evidence that ICE is using force against people not resisting arrest. I suppose they could let the individual who resists arrest do so without consequence, if that's what you mean.

What I do know is that they are being assaulted on a daily basis. As with the woman who hit the guy with her car and caused internal injuries, there's always another side to the story.

Personally, I don't see a lot of angst over ICE tactics outside of those who would never vote conservative anyway.

You really think that is what is going come out of this at elections? Like I said, you can be right and still lose. ICE has to change tactics. they can't keep shooting a civilian a week. Even you have to get that. This is past Trump being right or wrong. This is about keeping a Congress together.

If you don't do so, first of all, at best, nothing good is gonna come from it and second of all, at worst you might die. Period.

How many times, warranted or not, does this have to happen for ICE to step back and say "we are not handling this well". Homan needs to realize something is not working if you have two shooting in two weeks.

You really think that is what is going come out of this at elections? Like I said, you can be right and still lose. ICE has to change tactics. they can't keep shooting a civilian a week. Even you have to get that. This is past Trump being right or wrong. This is about keeping a Congress together.

You are too caught up on what they SHOULD do. Perception matters more than truth. Perception is ICE is out of control. If you are explaining, you are losing. I know you know that.

Texas does have 18 times the illegal population Minnesota has, so there should be 18 times the arrests. So the arrest numbers aren't unusual.

Texas has 1.6 million illegals. Maine only has 5 thousand, yet I hear they are a new target.

Texas government is helping and cooperating with Federal authorities to deport illegals found inside Texas

So no need for direct ICE operations on the streets (thought they actually still sometimes take place)

In States that refuse to help or try to hinder Federal law the reason is thus not political but rational

PS

Maine has a Republican senator and a Independent Senator and it's State House of Representatives is 74 D vs 72 R

And Trump only lost the State by a few percentage points in the last election

Not exactly a place that is "anti-Trump" or that he would have any reasons to target

ICE in there because the Democratic governor is impeding Federal immigration laws and won't help. And because there is a lot of Somali fraud there
