4) Raise the strength of the hits on Iran as long as they try to widen the war and fail to talk terms.
Unspoken strategic goals
1) Cut off Iranian drone sales to Russia
2) Demean China's oil sources to lessen their ability to go on military ventures in the western Pacific, and put pressure on their economy.

Friendly fire in a war is part of it. Name one war that hasn't had it. A fight is chaotic. War even more so. Training keeps friendly fire from being an every hour event.
