Same here, Ivory Coast is another one that I looked up and it looks worth a trip. Although, I like Cape Verder being off the African Coast, not on Africa. Africa makes me nervous to visit as a US citizen.

Just met some Portuguese (fans/citizens) at the quad in Dallas. Glad our country is hosting this tournament.

I went to all 5 group stage games in Dallas. I heard these amazing and complimentary comments in person. Every one I met from the countries was awesome. It has been an experience my son and I will never forget.

I've traveled for work over the last 30 years. (Globally and Domestically.) I've been in the most rural of America and in the biggest cities in the world and have been treated with the greatest kindness.

I've been seeing reports for weeks of foreigners enjoying and celebrating America. It's great!

I agree: it's a huge blessing to the US and to the international visitors for this country to host it. That has been borne out repeatedly in the YouTube videos and throughout social media.
