Not safe anymore to even go out to get a Subway sandwich in Chicago.

Hawaii is too far from the networks for interviews.

What has this got to do with global warming? According to one study a one meter rise in sea level would affect 1% of Martha's Vineyard. A one meter rise is waaaay down the road.

Ok this is the only part that I understand a Gore Or Bernie or Obama could get some real flak for.

They "Preach" on global warming issues, carbon footprint, conservation, etc. etc., then go get the biggest homes sometimes a private jets, the largest SUV's, yacht's and live it up.

Kinda like a Fundamental Baptist preacher, who closes down Too Minnies every night, and takes home the easiest ho several times a week to satisfy he lust for women, while at the same time lecturing his congregation about purity. The difference is he won't get away with it, for long.

LOL - yes please enlighten us w/ what they say? Because they've been right so many times.

FYI - I am big on environment - actually have an Env science minor from BU w/ my business degree. I side w/ the rational Dems a lot on the environment but most of the climate change science has been debunked over and over. It had a good place in the past but now it's just a huge money grab from the libs (thanks Al Gore) and it's destroyed any rational conversation. Dems hijacked it for political purposes (imagine that) instead of working w/ both sides to come to some real positive change - they ruin just about everything by taking it too far.

The plastic in the oceans is what pisses me off. Article recently showed they found traces of plastic in the creeks in the Rocky Mtns when they weren't even testing for it. Americans waste so much trash it's ridiculous and the 3rd world countries allowed to dump everything into the oceans is crazy. Trust me, I follow this closely including the research.

Like it or nor, our system supports two major parties only. The Republican party came to strength by replacing the Whigs, not just adding another voice.

There is definitely a place for differing perspectives but to win you have to control one of only two seats.
